Hung Christmas lights on this house every November for sixteen years. Almost slid off the gable above the garage in 2018, my wife still brings it up. We did the permanent install last spring. Walked out the morning after Thanksgiving, looked up at the warm-white on, walked back in and threw away every storage bin in the garage. That was the whole conversation.
Permanent outdoor lighting that disappears by day.
Discreet eave-mounted LED, installed once and ready every night. Warm-white year-round, color when you want it.
Why our installs hold up year after year.
The right system for your home, not the only one we sell. Owner-installed, wired behind the fascia, designed to disappear by day.
-
One install. Every night.
Wired into the eave with a photocell or app schedule. No ladders in November, no extension cords across the lawn.
-
Picked for your home, not a catalog.
We install from several premium systems. The product gets matched to your roofline and how far you want it to run.
-
Owner on every job.
Small crew, no franchise rotation. The same hands that walk the property are the ones up the ladder.
-
Built to disappear by day.
Fixtures tuck behind a discreet channel under the fascia. Invisible at noon, glowing after dusk.
From the rooflines to the pergola.
One install, three places it can run. The architecture, the spots you actually sit in, and the moments you want to change the color for. All on the same system.
-
Rooflines you'll never restring
Outline every gable and every eave. The photocell catches dusk and the house glows itself.
-
Patios, pergolas, the spots you sit
The same system extends to your patio or pergola. The entertaining zone, always lit on schedule.
-
Holidays without the ladder
Warm-white most of the year. Supported systems flip to color for the holidays, from your phone.
What permanent lighting actually looks like.
One install, every night for years.
A single-story Spanish home in the Temecula Valley. Warm-white LED running under every eave and gable, hidden behind a discreet channel that vanishes into the trim. Mature olive trees uplit from the ground complete the composition so the architecture and the landscape read as one piece after dusk.
The homeowner had hung Christmas lights every December for fifteen years and was done with the climb. One install, photocell on, color modes ready for the holidays. The ladder lives in the garage now.

In theirown words.
My one concern going in was the daytime look. I did not want the front of the house to scream that somebody bolted strip lights up there. You honestly cannot see them. I forgot they existed for two weeks after the install. Then dusk hits and the whole front of the house just lights itself. Different house at night.
We had them do landscape lighting three years back and came back to do permanent on the eaves. The two systems together changed the way the house reads at night. First October, my youngest asked if we were doing Christmas lights yet. I told her these are the Christmas lights from now on. She was fine with it. So was I.
If a fixture fails, we come back.

How a permanent install actually goes.
No hidden labor, no roof-day surprises. Every part of the install is decided with you before we mount a fixture.

Tell us what you want lit
Send a photo of the front of your home and a quick note on what you want covered. Rooflines only, or rooflines plus a pergola, plus a covered patio, plus the color modes for the holidays. We come back with a plan.

Pick the right system
We install from several premium LED systems. The right product depends on your roofline, materials, and how far you want the lighting to run. The system gets matched to your home, not the other way around.
- 03
Professional install
Most homes done in one to two days. Cable run discreetly behind the fascia, fixtures mounted under the eave, every line straight enough to read clean from the curb.
- 04
Set the schedule, walk away
Photocell, simple timer, or app schedule on the systems that support it. Set it once at install and the lights know when dusk is from then on.
Done once. Yours for years.
The first Thanksgiving you don't haul out the ladder. The first January your garage stays empty. The first ordinary Tuesday in March when you pull into the driveway and the house is just glowing, because it's seven o'clock. That's where this earns it.
What you don't deal with- A ladder in November
- A tangled strand from last year
- Bulbs out in December
- A bag of broken lights in March
- A storage bin in the garage
Some nights you'll forget the lights are on. The house won't.

What homeowners ask us first.
What is permanent outdoor lighting?
Discreet LED fixtures mounted under your eaves and wired into a hidden channel behind the fascia. Installed once. Warm-white by default. On the systems that support it, you can switch to the full color spectrum for holidays, game days, or special occasions from an app on your phone.
Will I see the fixtures during the day?
Designed to disappear. The fixtures sit behind a slim channel tucked under the eave and matched to the trim color. Pull up at noon and you won't see them. Pull up after dusk and the home glows.
Can I do just the front of the house?
Yes. Front-only is the most common starting point. Many homeowners add the back patio, a pergola, or a side run a year or two later. The same system can be extended without redoing the original install.
Does it work with my phone?
Most supported systems include an app for schedules, dimming, and color modes. Some run on a simple photocell that turns on at dusk and off on a timer. The right control method depends on the product we install for you.
What if a fixture stops working years from now?
Each system carries its own manufacturer warranty on the fixtures. Our install work, the cable run and the mount, stands behind itself separately. If something goes wrong, we come back and fix it. No service-call fee.
Can the install extend to a pergola or covered patio?
Yes. The same install can run to a covered patio, a pergola, or an outdoor kitchen. The entertaining zone becomes part of the same system, with its own schedule and brightness.
How long does the install take?
One to two days for most homes. Larger properties, longer runs, or pergola and patio extensions can take longer. Every install is scheduled with the homeowner so the work fits around the rest of the property.
How is this different from Christmas lights or landscape lighting?
Christmas lights come down in January. Landscape lighting lights the ground, the trees, and the gardens. Permanent lighting lights the architecture itself, year-round, and replaces the seasonal Christmas install for the homeowners who want to be done climbing the roof. Many homeowners pair permanent with [landscape lighting](/services/landscape-lighting/) so the architecture and the grounds read as one piece after dusk.
