Our first year, the wind took a strand off one of the cypress trees the week before the kids' winter break. I texted at 7am thinking I'd hear back Monday. Two guys were at the house by lunch. We've been with them four seasons now.
Christmas lights without the ladder.
We bring the lights, hang them, fix anything that goes out, take them down, and store them until next year. You never touch a strand.
Why our installs hold up season after season.
Better bulbs, real install care, and service through December. The work most homeowners can't see from the curb is the work that decides whether the install looks right year over year.
-
Every strand custom cut for your house
No one-size bundles. Each roofline run, gable, and tree wrap is measured and cut to the inch so the lines look clean from the curb.
-
Commercial-grade LED C9 bulbs
The deep, warm bulbs you actually want on the rooflines. Not the dim plastic strands from the big-box store. Color or warm white. Yours to choose.
-
Installed to come off clean
Clips on the gutter and roof edge wherever the structure allows. Careful staple work only where it has to be. Nothing left behind in January.
-
In-season service, takedown, storage
Strand out or clip popped? Text us. Forty-eight hours, no upcharge. We take it all down in January and store it through the year.
From the roofline to the walkway.
Every install covers three zones, designed as one composition. The property reads as a single statement after dark, not a checklist of decorations.
-
The roofline
Pro-grade C9 bulbs traced along every ridge, gable, and rake. Cut to the inch so the lines look clean from the curb.
-
Trees and palms
Trunk wraps, branch wraps, and palm spirals. Pulled tight so the bark disappears and the tree glows.
-
Walks and accents
Garlands, wrapped columns, bush lights, driveway curbs. Ground-level details that finish the look.
What a fully managed install actually looks like.
Every gable, every garage, every curb.
Multicolor C9 outlining every gable, every garage door, and every landscape mound at the curb. One front-yard palm wrapped warm-white at the entry for contrast. Every edge of the property lit so the house reads as one continuous statement from the corner.
Installed in a day. Serviced through the season. Taken down by mid-January. Stored until next November. The owner never touched a strand.
Send us a photo of the front of your house. We'll text back a rough scope and reserve your install date.
In theirown words.
What sold us, honestly, was not having a bag of broken lights in our garage. Every January it's just gone. They text the day before takedown, we don't even have to be home. It's a small thing but it adds up. Three years in and we will never put up our own lights again.
I worried it would look like a runway. Too much, too bright, the whole house screaming for attention. It's the opposite. From the street it just looks like the house was designed this way. A neighbor across the street asked who did ours and I walked her straight over.
If a strand goes dark, we're there fast.
Anything goes out or comes loose between Thanksgiving and New Year's, we fix it. Forty-eight hours, usually same-day. No upcharge.

How a Christmas install actually goes.
No hidden labor, no mid-December surprises. Every part of the season is decided with you up front, before we hang a bulb.

A call (or a photo of your house)
Start with a quick call to talk through what you want lit. Send us a photo of the front. We work up a scope and a calendar slot in days, not weeks.
- 02
Professional install
One or two days for most properties. Pro-grade C9, custom cut and clipped to every edge. Walked at dusk before the crew leaves so every line looks right from the curb.
- 03
In-season service, no questions
Strand out, branch shifted, clip popped in a windstorm. Text us. Forty-eight hours, usually same-day. Included in the install.
- 04
Takedown and storage in January
Every bulb, clip, and strand off your house by mid-January. We take them with us, store them through the year, and bring them back next November. Your garage stays empty.
The first night the lights go on.
Thanksgiving weekend. The trucks pull up, the lights go up, and December starts the moment the photocell catches the dusk. No ladder day, no tangled storage bin, no November dread. The season just begins.
What you don't deal with- A ladder, ever
- A tangled strand from last year
- A burned-out bulb in December
- A bag of broken lights in March
- An empty garage in January
Christmas should feel like Christmas. Not like a ladder day.

What homeowners ask us first.
How does Christmas light installation work?
We provide everything. Pro-grade C9 bulbs, the design, the install in November, in-season service through New Year's, and the full takedown plus off-season storage in January. You don't buy bulbs, you don't climb a ladder, and you don't store anything in your garage. You decide what you want lit. We handle the rest.
Do I keep the lights at the end of the season?
No. The lights, clips, and strands all stay with us. We take them down in January, clean and inspect them, and store them through the year. Next November we bring them back. That's how the gear stays pro-grade and your garage stays empty.
What if a bulb burns out or a strand falls in December?
Text us. We're there in forty-eight hours, usually same-day. No upcharge, no service call fee. In-season service is included in the install, Thanksgiving through New Year's. If a strand drops in a windstorm, that's our problem, not yours.
When do I need to book by?
Calendars fill by mid-October for most of Southern California. The further out the property, the earlier we need to lock it in. Returning clients get first refusal in August. A quick call locks your install date. Usually fifteen minutes.
How long does the install take?
One to two days for most residential properties. Larger estates with extensive tree work can run three days. Installs run from early November onward, so every property is lit before Thanksgiving.
Will the clips damage my gutters or roof?
No. We use professional plastic clips that seat on the gutter lip or roof edge without screws, staples, or adhesive. Everything comes off clean in January. We're not the company you'll find staple holes from in March.
Can I choose warm white or multicolor?
Both. Most clients run warm-white on the architecture (rooflines, eaves) and reserve color for tree wraps or specific accents. We walk through the combination at the design visit so the property reads as one composition, not a list of options.
What if I want lights up year-round, not just for Christmas?
That's a different product. Permanent LED systems install once in the eaves, run warm-white year-round, and program full color for holidays. If that's the direction you're leaning, see our [permanent lighting](/services/permanent-lighting/) page. Otherwise, Christmas installs come down in January.
Light it up this Christmas.
Calendars fill by mid-October. A quick call locks your install week and the lights go up before Thanksgiving.
