Kevin and his crew came out on a Saturday morning, walked the entire backyard with my husband and me, and sketched the plan right there on a notepad. Three weeks later we have a yard we actually use after dark. The fixtures are barely visible during the day, which was the part I was worried about.
Outdoor lighting, designed to be remembered.
Landscape, holiday, and event lighting. Built on-site for homes, HOAs, and venues across Southern California.
A family business. Not a franchise.
Most outdoor lighting in this valley is installed by a landscape crew with a box of lights from a big-box store. Works for one season, then a third of the bulbs go out and nobody calls back. All Occasions Lighting was built to be the opposite. Here’s how that shows up.
-
On-site design
At your home, sketched with you. Never from a satellite photo or a Zoom call.
-
Built to last
Manufacturer-warrantied fixtures rated 15–20 years. Not the plastic kits that die in one season.

Same family, same phone number, same crew on the install and every return visit.
-
One-year guarantee
If anything looks off in the first year, we come back and fix it. On our dime, not yours.

Mature trees, carefully lit.
Warm-white roofline. Mature trees uplit from behind the trunks so the fixtures disappear. A stone entry column washed to match the roofline color temperature.
Installed in November. Taken down the first week of January. Stored by us until next year.

The work they remember.
Homeowners, HOAs, and venues from Temecula and the Inland Empire out to Orange County, the Desert, and the LA coast.
Third Christmas in a row with All Occasions and I will not be using anyone else. They show up the week we agreed on, the lights work all season, and one year a strand failed mid-December. They were back the next morning to swap it. No charge, no fuss.
We did permanent eaves lighting last spring and it has paid for itself in convenience alone. Warm white most nights, full color for the kids' birthdays, and the whole roof glows red and green at Christmas without anyone setting foot on a ladder.

How much does outdoor lighting cost?
Every project is different. Fixture count, scope, and complexity all factor in. A few accent uplights in a backyard reads very differently from a full-property design with roofline, pathways, and tree work. The free design walk ends with a fixed price for the whole project, so you know exactly what you're getting before you decide. No "starting at," no surprises on install day.
What areas do you serve?
Headquartered in Temecula, serving Southern California: the Inland Empire (Murrieta, Wildomar, Corona), Orange County, the Coachella Valley (Palm Desert), and the LA basin (Beverly Hills). If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, just call. We travel for the right project.
What kind of fixtures do you use?
We don't lock to one brand or material. We spec what's right for the property and the budget. What stays consistent across every install: low-voltage LED, warm-white 2700K standard, manufacturer-warrantied fixtures rated 15–20 years for Southern California weather. We never use the plastic kits that die in one season.
What if I don't like the result?
You won't pay for it. Every install includes a one-year design guarantee. If anything looks off, we come back and fix it on our dime. You also get a say at the dusk aiming session, so the look is dialed in before the job is called done.
Will installation damage my roof, gutters, or yard?
No, never. For roof and eave work we use professional clips that hook over gutter edges and shingle seams. No staples, no nails, no adhesive. For landscape installs, all wiring is buried code-compliant with minimal disturbance to existing plantings. Fully licensed and insured, and we warranty every install against damage.
Can you service or expand a system someone else installed?
Yes, whether we put it in or not. We regularly diagnose, repair, rebuild, and extend existing systems. Bring us the original layout if you have it; otherwise we'll inspect what's there during the design walk and quote a repair, partial rebuild, or full replacement. No judgment, just a path forward.
How quickly can you start?
Free design walks are usually available the same week. From there, most landscape installs run 1–3 days, holiday installs are typically one day. Holiday calendar fills up in September, so book by mid-October for your preferred install dates.
Who will I be working with?
Kevin Loper (owner) leads every design walk personally. He's the one sketching the plan with you. The same small family crew installs, returns at dusk to aim every fixture, and handles every service visit after. No call center, no subcontractors, no commission salespeople you'll never see again.
