We got two other quotes and picked All Occasions because of the design walk. He sketched the whole plan on a notepad right there in our driveway. When the crew came back after dark to aim the fixtures, I stood at the kitchen window telling him which trees looked right. Nobody else was going to do that.
Landscape lighting, designed at dusk.
Fixtures built to last. Buried right. Sketched at your home, never from a satellite photo. 20+ years installing across Temecula and Southern California.
What you can't see from the curb fails first.
A landscape install is mostly invisible work. Wire, splices, aim points. None of it shows up on a quote, but all of it decides whether the system holds up for fifteen years or fifteen months.
-
The right fixture for the property
Brass and copper up front. Composite where it won't be seen.
-
Wire that outlasts the fixtures
Every run buried, every splice waterproofed. Wire is what fails first.
-
Aimed when it matters
We come back after dark to aim every fixture. Daylight aiming is a guess.
-
One-year design guarantee
Anything off in twelve months, we come back. On our dime, not yours.
From the front door to the pool.
Every install covers three areas, designed and wired together so the property reads as one composition.
-
The front of the house
Facades, entry steps, and feature trees lit to feel finished, not floodlit.
-
Walks & garden
Bollards, step lights, and uplit trees, all designed as one continuous path.
-
Patio, pool & outdoor living
Hardscape, water, and bistro overhead for the space you actually use.
What landscape lighting looks like, when it's done right.
Mature olives, lit from behind.
Stone facade washed with warm white light to bring out the texture. Mature olive trees uplit from low fixtures tucked behind each trunk so the canopy glows and the fixture itself disappears. Tall cypress trees framing the entry, aimed narrow to draw the eye upward.
Installed in three days. Aimed at dusk. The whole property runs on a single photocell that switches itself on every night without a thought.

In theirown words.
Honestly, I worried it would end up looking like a runway, lights everywhere. It's the opposite. You notice the olive trees and the stonework, not the fixtures. We're two years in and I've never had to call them about a thing. A neighbor asked who did ours and I walked her straight over.
The price they wrote down in our driveway is exactly what we paid. After some of our other home projects, that almost felt too good to be true. The crew finished in three days, and the morning after I went looking for the wiring and couldn't find a foot of it. All buried, even through the planter beds.
If anything looks off in the first year, we come back.
Fixtures built to last. Wiring buried and code-compliant. Every fixture aimed at dusk. If anything isn't right within twelve months, we fix it on our dime.

Dusk aiming + the year after
We come back at dusk to aim every fixture with you watching from inside. One-year design guarantee, service plans available from year two on.
You already paid for the view.
The architecture. The landscaping. The pool. You've already invested in a property worth looking at, and for roughly twelve hours a day you can't see a foot of it. Landscape lighting doesn't add something new. It hands back the half you already own.
What it hands back- Curb appeal that works after dark
- Evenings you can actually use
- The view from every window inside
The most valuable upgrade is the one that was already there.

What homeowners ask us first.
How much does landscape lighting cost?
Every property is different. Fixture count, scope, and complexity all factor in. A few accent uplights in a backyard reads very differently from a full-property design with roofline, pathways, and tree work. Every free design walk ends with a fixed price for the whole project. No 'starting at,' no surprises.
How long do the fixtures actually last?
The fixtures we spec are rated for 15–20 years of weathered service in Southern California's climate. The LED lamps inside run about 30,000–50,000 hours, which is roughly 15 years at typical dusk-to-midnight use.
Will trenching damage my lawn or sprinklers?
We bury wiring code-compliant with minimal disturbance to existing plantings and irrigation. Where lines cross a lawn, we use specialized vibratory plows that slot the wire in without tearing turf. We mark every sprinkler line before we start and warranty against damage to anything we hit.
Can you light an existing landscape, or do I need to remodel?
Existing landscapes are most of our work. We design around what's already there (mature trees, established beds, retaining walls, hardscape) and find fixture placements that work with the architecture you have. No remodeling required.
Do you use smart-home or app control?
Standard installs use a photocell + timer that switches the system on at dusk automatically. If you want app control, dimming, or multi-scene programming, we integrate with Lutron, Control4, and most major smart-home platforms. Quoted separately so basic systems stay simple.
What about maintenance for bulbs, transformers, and photocells?
LED lamps last 15+ years, so 'changing a bulb' is rare. Photocells and timers occasionally need replacement after a decade. We offer annual service plans from year two onward. A single dusk visit per year to clean fixtures, re-aim anything that's drifted, and replace anything failing.
Can you service or expand a system someone else installed?
Yes, regularly. We diagnose, repair, rebuild, and extend existing systems whether we put them in or not. Bring us the original layout if you have it; otherwise we inspect what's there during the design walk and quote a repair, partial rebuild, or full replacement. No judgment.
How quickly can the design walk happen?
Usually within the same week of your call. The walk takes about thirty minutes. From there, most landscape installs are scheduled within 2–4 weeks depending on season, and the install itself runs 1–3 days for a typical residential property.
