Do you charge a travel fee for cities outside Temecula?
No. Travel is folded into the project estimate, never billed as an add-on. Whether the install is in Murrieta or Malibu, you see one fixed price for the whole job.
Will my install crew be the same quality if I'm far from Temecula?
Yes. Kevin runs the same install team on every job, no matter the city. No subcontractors, no franchised dealers, no B-team for outlying areas. The quality you see in our Temecula portfolio is exactly what shows up in Beverly Hills or Palm Desert.
What if my city isn't on the list?
Get in touch anyway. We sometimes take projects outside our usual service area for the right scope, especially larger estates, custom designs, or referrals from existing clients. Worst case, we point you toward a designer we trust in your area.
Is there a minimum project size for outlying areas like LA or Palm Desert?
No hard minimum across the cities we usually serve. We'll quote any project. For the LA coast and Coachella Valley, we usually take projects with enough scope to make the design walk worthwhile for everyone. We'll talk through what makes sense for your project.
Do you work in gated communities and HOA-restricted neighborhoods?
Often, yes. We've worked inside dozens of HOA and gated communities across the region and know how to handle access coordination, ARB submissions, and quiet-hours scheduling. We'll discuss any restrictions during the design walk so nothing surprises either of us later.
